Carilion Labs is a full-service,
regionally based laboratory system established to serve hospitals,
physician practices and other health-related providers. Our core
business of providing accurate, timely and cost-effective
laboratory services to clinicians is a testament to our
commitment to service excellence. Carilion Labs, Inc. was
established as an affiliate of Carilion Clinic on October 1, 2005
as a for-profit business unit with 600 employees. On March 1, 2007
Presbyterian Reference Laboratory (PRL) located in Charlotte NC
became a subsidiary of Carilion labs.

provider owned laboratories through a commitment to customer intimacy,
innovation, and staff development.
